Check the charge status
To make sure your headphones, earphones, or speaker are as charged as you are, check the battery percentage of your Beats on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Android device.
Check Beats battery level on your iPhone or iPad
Make sure your Beats are turned on and connected to your iPhone or iPad.
Do one of the following:
Beats earphones: Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, then hold the case close to your iPhone or iPad.
The battery levels for the earbuds and case are displayed onscreen.
Beats earphones, headphones, or speaker: Go to Settings
, then tap the name of your Beats.
You can also monitor your Beats battery level using a widget on iPhone or iPad, or using a widget on Mac.
Tip: To quickly view your battery level on your iPhone or iPad screen, briefly press the system button on Beats Studio Pro or Beats Flex, or the power button on Beats Solo 4.
Check Beats battery level on your Mac
Make sure your Beats are turned on and connected to your Mac.
Choose Apple menu
> System Settings, then click Bluetoothin the sidebar.
The battery levels are displayed at the top of the My Devices list.
Check Beats battery level on an Android device
You can monitor the charge level of your headphones, earphones, or speakers in the Beats app for Android.
Make sure you’ve installed the Beats app and connected your headphones, earphones, or speaker to the app.
In the Beats app for Android, tap
, then tap My Beats to display the device screen.The battery level is shown below the image of your Beats.
Notifications display the charge level of your Beats device on the Home Screen of your Android device. Tap the notification to open the Beats app.
Note: On some Android devices, you may need to adjust the battery optimization settings in Android Settings > Apps > Beats > Battery. You may also be able to set up charge-level notifications. See the documentation that came with your Android device.
You can also add a Beats app widget to your Android device’s Home Screen to monitor the charge level of your headphones, earphones, or speaker.
Check the battery level on Beats Pill
In addition to checking Beats Pill charge status on your Apple or Android device, you can check your battery level directly on Beats Pill.
Briefly press the power button on the top of the speaker.
A green light indicates that Beats Pill has power; a red light indicates that the battery is low.
